Clean Atlanta consulting group. Our focus is in
the area of CMOMs compliance and performance
improvement for water, wastewater and sewer
operations. DCI is specifically involved in the
development of the asset management system
business practices to support continued
compliance. |

Sarasota
County Gap Optimization Project |

DCI is
providing consulting services to the Sarasota
County Utilities department in their effort to
close the gap between their operational levels
of service versus best in class businesses. DCI
conducted an extensive gap assessment to
determine the areas of opportunity which exist
within the organization. Following the
assessment, DCI was selected to lead a group of
design teams focused on revamping the way
Sarasota County Utilities does business. The
team environment uses a bottom approach for
developing new business solutions for the
organization. Solutions are grounded in
improvement practices coupled with the
adaptation toward technology. |

Charlotte County Utilities Operational
Assessment |
| |
DCI provided
consulting services for the execution of a
Performance Assessment of the utility. The
purpose of the assessment was to determine the
level of improvement the utility had achieved
since the prior assessment exercise conducted
three year prior. The results indicated while
working with DCI staff during those three years,
the utility achieved an 11% improvement in
operational efficiencies. |
